bodyweight.fitness is an app designed to help you achieve your fitness goals through bodyweight exercise.
Currently this app is designed for people who are already working out using bodyweight fitness exercises and are looking for an app to help them progress in their training. If you're a complete beginner I suggest reading the bwf reddit wiki.
I built this app based on my needs for a bodyweight fitess app. I wanted to be able to see how I'm progressing with my goals and make the correct workouts for them. Before this I'd not found an app that tied together my daily workouts with a lifetime's journey.
